There isn't much to laugh about when your home turf has been brought to its knees. So I'm ever grateful that there were two things I saw today that made me chuckle. Like so:
This is outside the local gym. Its signs are ALWAYS hilarious, the highlight of my morning walk to the PATH/Ferry. I saw this one tonight, and it's the first time I stopped and took a pic.
Then Ken provided me with this laugh on Facebook:
If Ken, who watched two rivers rush past his building, and who has been without power since Monday, can find the humor in the situation, I don't see why the rest of us shouldn't, either.
